Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS: Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be applied. If for any reason you do need to cancel your appointment and choose to reschedule, your previous deposit will apply towards your next appointment.      

LATE ARRIVALS: We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion. However, the salon reserves the right to begin your appointment within a 15-20 minute grace period for appointments over 30 minutes. The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled time for any services that are less than 45 minutes.    

REPAIRS: We are happy to repair Hard Gel Manicures or Gel Manicures within one week of the original appointment. There is a charge for any fixes after one week of original appointment. We try our best to ensure a long lasting manicure but we understand things happen. There is no manufacture’s guarantee as to exactly how long a manicure is to last.    

Payment Methods: Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Mini Nail Salon Gift Certificates are acceptable forms of payment for all services. Checks are not accepted.
